It all started in 2001 when Rodney M & Rodney K roasted two whole pigs for a party in Dowagiac, MI after pulling that off the bbq bug has always been there waiting to come out and getting bbq in the hands of guest. Secret link
In 2020 Rodney M started his bbq business in Las Vegas as a food vendor and catering. Commitment to the flavors and hospitality of the South drives our team to keep exploring — to continue meeting those who bring real food and soul to the table. The idea is to keep and honor our tradition, but never stop learning. Preserve and perfect the old ways, while always trying to blaze new trails.
